WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I rent a chair at the home-based salon “Artisan Hair” which is located at: 

23 Pengover Ave,
Cambridge Park,
Leamington 

There is ample parking down the driveway or on the street.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

I will require a 50% deposit for all new clients this deposit is transferable but not always refundable. If you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel at the last moment your deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay again to secure another appointment. This deposit needs to be paid no later than 72 hours before your appointment date.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

I have EFTPOS/credit card facilities available.

HOW SHOULD I WEAR MY HAIR FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

The hair is cut dry so you need to come with your hair clean, dry and as you would normally wear it. Not weighed down with heavy oils or butter products or tied up in any way.

HOW LONG IS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Your first curl appointment is an in-depth session, which can be up to 2 hours.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We use water soluble products in the salon that are designed for curly hair. Natural ingredients and vegan friendly. We have them available for purchase

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

At Curls Undone, we do our best to make our clients happy during their visit to the salon. Unfortunately sometimes things don’t always turn out how you thought. At the start of your appointment, we will always do a thorough consultation and decide the desired outcome. If you have any concerns, please make contact asap so we can rectify the situation.

  1. We offer a 7 day review policy where if you are not happy with your curl cut or need any slight changes, we can offer you an option to make changes 

  2. Products can only be returned if they are faulty, not if you have a change of mind 

  3. We recommend that you use good quality water-soluble products to keep the best possible health of your hair

  4. If you decide to cut your own hair or go somewhere else before making contact, we will not be able to rectify

  5. There is a strict no-refund policy 

IS THERE ONGOING CARE & SUPPORT?

There is ongoing care and support with take home information and a Facebook and Instagram page you can refer to if needed.

When you come for a curl cut with me, you are in good hands.
